The Breads We Bake
Unless otherwise stated below our breads are made with natural leavens (sourdough starters) and locally grown and stone ground flours.
Not all breads are baked each day as we usually schedule the baking to match the performance of our oven. Our breads keep and freeze very well.

Ordering Bread:
If you have an event or party for which you need bread, or you would just like to have a selection of breads on hand, we will gladly take your order.
We need at least 3 days notice so that we can prepare our leavens.
